With the number of swine flu cases on the increase, how prepared is your organisation to cope with potentially high levels of staff and volunteer absenteeism?
Although the virus is mild, staff could still be off ill or caring for family for up to a week.
This workshop looks at what steps to take in advance of any disruption to increase your organisation’s ability to continue delivering its services.

Constitutional change at the Council - Leader or Mayor?
Recent changes in the law mean that Bromley Council must decide on a new Constitution by the end of the year.
The options for running the Council are :
- An executive Mayor directly elected by voters
- A Leader appointed by Councillors (as now, but with stronger powers)
This workshop summarises these options, and explains how to submit your views.
