Information for all Village and Parish Magazine Editors

www.villageandparishmagazines.org.uk has been published by Ray Owen, 64 year old editor of Minster Matters, a local village newsletter, for a community in rural East Kent. Sharing his experiences of working with and reporting  on the community of Minster, Ray says “I have had many enquiries from across the UK on all manner of subjects, some of which I didn’t have answers to but did my utmost to help where I could. So on the back of the amount of interest shown what I am now trying to do, is create a national directory of village and parish magazines, whereby we will all be able to help and support each other.” “To which end I am writing to you to ask if you produce a regular newsletter or magazine for any church, voluntary organisation, parish/town council or other body in your area, please think about joining up with our village news site to share your views and offer your expertise. Email editor@minstermatters.org.uk or visit
