The Volunteer Centre provides:
- Support for individuals to find volunteering opportunities
- Support for organisations to promote their volunteering opportunities
- Information and guidance for organisations to develop the involvement of volunteer

Volunteer Co-ordinators Forum

The Volunteer Centre Bromley regularly runs a Volunteer Co-ordinators’ Forum.
Recent topics of discussion have included:

- Engaging disabled volunteers

- Recruitment and selection of volunteers

Volunteer Management Training
The Volunteer Centre Bromley offers a variety of Volunteer Management training sessions, these are dependent on funding so please refer to the CLB ebulletin for updates. Bespoke training for organisations can also be arranged.
Recent topics have included:

- Key Elements of a Volunteer Programme
- Diversity of your Volunteer Programme
The Volunteer Centre Bromley also works closely with other local volunteer centres to provide high quality professional development opportunities.
Currently we are planning a Level 3 VRQ Volunteer Management Accredited Award with the Volunteer Centre Croydon. This 10 week, one day a week course will be accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management.
