VOLUNTEERS NEEDED - can you help?
"As you know, every year we take Santa around the streets of Chislehurst to spread joy and raise money for local charities. This year, we are starting on Monday, December 4th until Friday, December 15th. We would love to have your help to do this – it’s a great opportunity to meet new people, see the beautiful sights of Chislehurst, and wear a cheerful Christmas hat!
There are many children in Chislehurst who need a helping hand, especially during this challenging time. By joining us, you will make a difference in their lives and bring smiles to their faces. They, and we in Chislehurst Rotary, will be immensely grateful for your generosity.
If you are able to help us, please send an email to us a rcchislehurst@gmail.com stating which day(s) you are available and we will then email you to confirm.

South London Christmas Dinners
The Christmas Dinners, founded by poet Lemn Sissay OBE in 2013, are organised by teams of volunteers who work together to provide a special and fun-filled day, along with a most scrumptious dinner on Christmas Day for young people, aged between 18 and 25, who have experienced Local Authority care (foster care, children’s homes). As well as a Christmas dinner, guests are gifted presents, food hampers and treats.
