Hours: Between 24 and 33 hours per week, including the opportunity for flexible working hours and the opportunity to join our team of bank workers to cover shifts on an ad hoc basis.

The London Borough of Bromley Reablement Service is currently looking to recruit Reablement Support Workers to join its well established, existing team.  Working within a Reablement model of care, Support Workers encourage clients to regain confidence and daily living skills in order to maintain as much independence as possible.  The Re-ablement Support Worker will assist the Reablement service users to take greater control of their lives to remain independent and help eliminate their need for further intervention.

 

Care link Mobile Officer - various shifts as and when required

Hours: 10am-5pm there is an on-call period with this shift and 5pm-9pm shift
