Community Links Bromley is delighted to be working with leading UK property advice charity, the Ethical Property Foundation to offer this FREE property webinar for voluntary organisations.

In this informative, accessible webinar run by our experienced surveyors and property advisers, we cover the basics of premises management for ‘hybrid’ or flexible working. You will receive an information pack with the opportunity to obtain free follow-up expert advice.

The webinar will help you:

  • Understand what constitutes Hybrid Working so you can make informed decisions to keep your team, volunteers & beneficiaries safe
  • Assess space needs for new environment
  • Analyse whether money can be saved and maybe income generated
  • Identify post pandemic risk
  • Create a welcoming, accessible, and greener space.

This event is part of the 2021/22 National Programme for Property Education, which will bring free property training to hundreds of local groups across England & Wales, boosting property confidence and knowledge.
