At Community Links Bromley we are working hard to update and expand our directory, so that it reflects the sheer variety of services being offered in our area. The Project, funded by Bromley Council, is part of a wider programme of integrated care and health.

The activities and services you provide may already be listed on Simply Connect Bromley or if not, you may want them added. Whether you need to update or register your services for the first time, all you need to do is fill in an electronic form: https://forms.office.com/r/3ms24Hkmi8

What the future holds 

We would also like explore with you the ability in the future to add and update your own services/activities. Or the possibility to receive referrals via the site from Link Workers and other professionals on behalf of the people they support. 

If an individual was to be referred into your services, you would receive an email notification to let you know - you would then just need to log-in to your account to access their details. This would be a useful way of measuring the impact of your service and the possible outcomes, not to mention your organisation’s capacity and sustainability.
