Bromley Y webinar: For Young People - Understanding & Managing Anxiety (Secondary School Age)

A 60-minute webinar for young people of secondary school age who are struggling to manage their anxiety.
This webinar aims to help you to understand your anxiety better and what you can do to help yourself in this area. This webinar will also offer options for 'next steps' should you want further support. Parents/Carers are welcome to join the webinar too.
All attendees are asked to mute their sound and video and are invited to contribute to the 'Chat' at different points if they so wish.
Bromley Y know that joining a webinar can feel difficult for some young people. We aim to make the webinar a safe and welcoming space. No one will be asked individually to answer any questions and all participation is optional.
The webinar runs for approx. 60 minutes. You will be provided with a supporting handout summarizing key points that are discussed. If you have any queries, please contact the service on 0203 770 8848 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
