60 Up, on behalf of Crystal Palace Community Trust, will be hosting a Wellbeing and Networking Event to be held at Anerley Town Hall on Wednesday 15th June from 12pm to 3pm. This free event will be a chance for older people to find out about what is going on in the community and to hear about the things that matter most to older people in our community.

• Tips and advice on taking care of ourselves
• Free Physical Activity Taster Session, Complementary Therapies   
• Light Buffet
