Active Bystander Training

Wednesday 19 April 2023
09:30 to 12:30

We are all aware of the recent shocking incidents of identity based harms that have taken place in our communities. Community Links Bromley is therefore delighted to be able to host a free 2 hours interactive online course on Active Bystander training. This will help participants understand what to do if you witness identity-based harassment or violence in your own spaces and communities. The expert training is being delivered by identity-based violence prevention charity, Protection Approaches, and has been developed in partnership with Britain’s East and Southeast Asian Network (besea.n).

You will learn what it means to be an active bystander, to stand up for victims and to proactively prevent such acts.

Date and time: Wednesday 19th April 2023, 9:30am – 12:30pm
