Join Greener & Cleaner in the Hub for an evening of Knitting or Crochet. Bring your own project or work on one of our community projects. It doesn't matter what skill level you will be welcomed.

This is not a structured teaching class but there will be skilled participants willing to share their knowledge so if you are looking to improve your skills, this will be a great environment for you.

We will have various community projects that we participate in. Blankets for Ukraine, or blankets for local causes. We also have ambitions to create some fun post box toppers to place in our local area to gently draw attention to and generate conversation around climate issues.

We have a supply of yarn, needles and crochet hooks in The Hub which can be shared in exchange for a donation.

Knitting & Crochet have great mental health benefits! A mindful activity that can be practiced independently or in a community where you can interact as much or as little as you want.

The Hub is upstairs in The Glades next to HMV and Waterstones.

This group is open to teenagers and adults.

It is a free session but donations will be appreciated for teas and coffees and the general operation of The Hub.
