This session will guide you on how to diversify your charity board. It will set out why you should and how to recruit new trustees.

This short 1 to 1.5 hour session will provide a brief introduction into the current data on board composition the reasons why you should seek to diversify your charity board. The session will then go on to provide a variety of tips on how to attract those much needed volunteers to make a positive contribution to your charity and those that the organisation supports.
