Learn to Crochet with Charlotte our Head of Crafts and Upcycling. Learn basic stitches to make simple items with videos to support after
Charlotte has over 30 years of crochet experience and has been teaching crochet, knitting and textiles for many years. This workshop group is limited to 8 people so that you can get the attention and focus you need to learn the basic stitches to enable you to crochet and create simple shapes. You will be able to use the items you create for sustainable reusable face scrubbies or Christmas decorations which you could use to upcycle a standard jumper into a Festive Christmas Jumper or make pretty Christmas bunting to decorate your home.
The workshop will cost £30 per person and take place in their fabulous Hub which is centrally located in the Glades in Bromley. You will be provided with a crochet hook and yarn to get you started on your crochet journey. We will also provide refreshments and biscuits.
Book now to secure your place and get started on a new craft journey to keep you entertained during the long winter evenings. Charlotte will be adding skill builder workshops in the New Year so you will be able to further develop your craft if you wish to possibly make bags, blankets or garments. Why not bring a friend or family member and share this journey together. This workshop is open to age 12+
