ParkBathe is a green health project providing nature connection as a means to improve the health and wellbeing of local people. ParkBathe uses aspect of forest bathing, forest school and mindfulness and is simply walking slowly in a local green space whilst noticing our surroundings (no water is involved!). The one-hour guided sessions consist of small groups (max 12 adults) in Crystal Palace Park.

• We recommend wearing warm layers, socks and waterproofs as we walk slowly. We DO go out in the rain ! Arrive 10 minutes before your slot to check in with your guide.
• MEETING PLACE: We meet inside the park at the Sydenham Gate entrance a 10 min walk from the Thicket Road car park & Information Centre. There is a small car park at Sydenham Gate. MAP LINK or ///water.intend.farm
