This month at the Connections Cafe, Emma Clandon, a Classically trained dancer and singer, will give a short performance and then teach some moves and exercises that we can all do. Also suitable for people who have mobility issues.

The cafe is FREE, but a small donation towards Quest’s Community projects is suggested. The Cafe is inclusive, dementia and autistic-friendly. No need to book, just pop in.
