Learn how to make beautiful tablemats using the quilt as you go technique from recycled fabrics and materials. All materials will be provided. This is a sewing machine improvers workshop so you should have used a sewing machine before. G&C can help with things like filling the bobbin and rethreading the machine if our machines are different to those you have used before and you are not familiar with their machine but you should be comfortable with straight sewing and working to an agreed seam allowance (width).

The workshop is suitable for age 12 to Adults. They have donated fabrics that you can use to complete your project but if you have cotton or polycotton fabric that you would like to use, please feel free to bring them with you. You will make two tablemats in this workshop and will gain the skills to make more at home if you would like to.
