Midsummer Music – Brahms in Bromley

Join us for a midsummer evening that celebrates music, art and architecture brought together in the beautiful ambience of St Mark’s Church. A full evening of chamber music starts at 7.30, paintings created during the afternoon workshop will be displayed in the nave. and everyone can share experiences of the day over a glass of wine or a soft drink during the concert interval.

The event will end with a full performance of Brahms’s Trio in A minor Op.114 performed by Margaret Archibald (clarinet), Julia Desbruslais (cello) and Daniel King Smith (piano). All three musicians have toured extensively in concerts around the UK and internationally, can be heard on commercial recordings and on the BBC, love working in schools, care homes and the wider community and enjoy sharing their enthusiasm for music in their teaching.

Early bird booking £10, on the door £15, doors open at 7p.m.
