One Bromley health and care partners are developing services for people with multiple long term health conditions and would like to hear from Bromley residents.

If you have two or more of the following conditions and you’d like to share your experiences to help shape future services, they’d love to hear from you.

• Diabetes
• Cardiovascular disease
• Chronic kidney disease
• Hypertension
• Depression
• Chronic pain
• Respiratory disease (asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease COPD)

Please register for one of the sessions by 4th September 2025.

• Face-to-face event: Thursday 11 September 2025 1.30-4pm at Community House, South Street, Bromley BR1 1RH
• Online event: Tuesday 16 September 2025 12-2pm, MS Teams
