The Maypole Project is embarking on a co-production initiative designed to engage young people and their families in identifying ways to improve support during key transition stages for children with complex medical needs and SEND, as well as their siblings.

This project is funded by the Bromley Innovation Fund, a programme supported by Bromley Council and NHS South East London Integrated Care Board (ICB).

From age 14, young people and their families are navigating many different transition stages and changes, and we are asking you to join us and bring your ideas, concerns and big questions to our Open Space discussion.

Venue: Community House Bromley
Date: Thursday 2nd October, 5.00 - 7.00 pm (doors will open at 4:30pm) with light refreshments.
