Thrive Club is run in partnership between Walfinch Home Care and Home Links Physiotherapy and led by a qualified physiotherapist, giving anyone in the community the confidence that every movement is safe, effective and tailored for people as they grow older.

Why physio-led matters:

·                     Exercises designed to build real strength and balance

·                     Safe techniques to protect joints and reduce risk of injury

·                     Expert guidance to help prevent falls and maintain independence

·                     Confidence that you’re exercising the right way for your body

And because wellbeing is about more than exercise, every session ends with tea, biscuits and time to connect with others in the community.

This is something truly unique for our community, don’t miss your chance to be part of it. Come and see the difference of a physio-led class.

Please note: this event is not delivered by Community Links Bromley. Contact  Home Links Physiotherapy for further information on the event.
