This in person workshop is for those Bromley voluntary sector groups and organisations who have little or limited previous experience of bid writing or those that have been unsuccessful in receiving awards and need to gain the relevant skills and knowledge to enable them to draft a strong bid. The workshop identifies the essential elements and skills that are necessary to prepare and write strong competitive bids.

In summary the workshop will cover:

• Sources of funding
• Understanding the fund
• Planning and setting out your project
• Key features of your bid (what, when, how, who, outcomes, need etc.)
• Monitoring and evaluation
• Budget
• Sustainability

The session will include some short interactive elements.
