What About Now's 'Walk & Talk' sessions are officially commencing on Monday 3rd February at 9:30am in Priory Gardens, Orpington.

This is a gentle, supportive space to get some fresh air, move your body, and connect with others — whether you feel like talking, listening, or just walking alongside someone.

 Open to anyone in the local area

 No pressure, no expectations — just community and connection
