At this month’s Forum:

• Presentation from Bromley’s Public Health in the Community team giving an overview of their services, particularly health checks.
• Share how accessible healthcare services in Bromley are for you. Your experiences will be fed back to Health Partners at their November Equity Health Meeting.
• Discuss your experiences of accessing outside spaces, such as local parks and gardens. We are looking to create a guide, and any issues will be raised with local councillors.

There will be FREE drinks and snacks available. Let them know about any dietary requirements.
