romley Parent Carer Forum is hosting a Parent Carer Wellness Event! On 13th March, parent carers are invited to take a well deserved break to recharge, relax, and reconnect. The event will take place at The Warren in Hayes from 12pm–2pm, and includes free afternoon tea.

The session will feature expert speaker Caroline Gordon, who will share guidance on managing stress, finding calm in the chaos, and building parental resilience. Attendees will explore mindfulness strategies to help stay steady through the ups and downs of parenting.

There will also be an opportunity for parent carers to share their SEND experiences with Bromley Parent Carer Forum.
