The Crystal Palace Park Community Walk, hosted by CareDogs, is scheduled for Wednesday 27th May 2026 from 10:30am to 12pm. The event is free to attend, and complimentary refreshments will be provided for participants.

The walk will commence at the Brown & Green Life Cafe, located on Thicket Road in Penge, SE20 8DS. The venue is easily accessible via Penge West and Penge East stations. For those driving, an onsite car park is available, though a parking ticket must be purchased from either the onsite machine or via the designated parking app.

Please note that this particular walk is being filmed by Transport for London (TfL) to demonstrate the impact of walking on people’s lives and to highlight the vital work CareDogs does for community health. Organisers will also be conducting short, optional interviews with volunteers and clients who wish to share their stories for the charity's website and social media channels. The event is supported by the Mayor of London, the London Marathon Foundation, Groundwork, and Walking and Cycling Grants London.
