FREE guided woodland walks in West Wickham

 Just fresh air, gentle movement, and good company 

You are very welcome to come on your own or bring a friend 

You do not need to bring the person you care for, but can if you wish as the walks are dementia friendly 

After the walk, you are welcome to stay for a free tea or coffee and a chat 

 Start and finish: The Railway pub, Red Lodge Road, BR4 0EW, West Wickham (easy train and bus access)

 Every other Saturday morning and Wednesday afternoon
