This FREE event is open to young Deaf and Disabled people aged between 14 and 25 years.

At this workshop:

• Creative art activities to give young people a voice
• Meet other young people
• Discussions around the transition into adulthood
• Learn more about the Youth Transition Project
• Explore available support and future opportunities
• Share your views to help shape future activities
