Lunch and learn for GP's and HCP's across Bromley, Bexley and Greenwich about the Learning Disability Adult Weight Management Programme.

For GP's and Healthcare Professionals:

Join Enable's Lunch and Learn online session (on Teams) on Thursday 20th August, 12.30 - 1.30pm to learn more about the Tier 2 Weight Programme for Adults with Learning Disabilities across South East London - Bromley, Bexley and Greenwich. We will talk about the eligibility criteria, referral process, what the programme involves, and our upcoming dates.

The presentation will last for around 20 minutes, allowing for 30-40 minutes of questions.

Their upcoming programmes will be starting in September.
