The Age UK Bromley and Greenwich event celebrating the International day for Older People on Thursday 1st October is fast approaching. They are excited to celebrate the older people in our community and look forward to an enjoyable day. Key highlights will include:

• Chair-based exercise – 10:00–10:45
• Music Therapy – 10:50–11:30 by Chiltern Music Therapy.
• Wellbeing Through Drama – 11:40–12:25 by Mercedes Yearly. 

         Wellbeing through Drama is all about ‘performance without pressure’. This inclusive and accessible

         workshop will be a gentle yet fun session where anyone can become a performer 

         or just discover the joy of theatre again. No experience necessary, just bring your curiosity.

• Cake Decorating – 12:30–13:15
• Connaught Opera – 14:00–14:40
• Crafting – 15:15–16:00

As part of this event there will be refreshments available throughout the day and buffet style lunch at 12.30pm in the Community House café.
