Patrick Regan and the Overwhelm Tour - Supporting mental wellbeing in Bromley - Transform Bromley Borough
Thursday 12 November 2026
19:30 to 21:30
Across our communities, finding yourself “overwhelmed” has become an increasingly significant challenge. Rising anxiety, burnout, social isolation, and mental health pressures are affecting families, workplaces, and public services alike. In our respective roles, we see firsthand the impact this has on individuals and on the wider health of our communities.
The Overwhelm Tour is designed to:
Open honest conversations about mental health and resilience
Share practical, accessible steps that individuals and communities can take
Highlight local mental health charities doing outstanding frontline work
This will be a magazine-style evening that combines inspiring conversation, practical wellbeing tools, live music from Caitlin Kelly, interviews with local charities and organisations, audience participation and stories of hope.
The featured speaker will be Patrick Regan, OBE, an award-winning author, speaker, activist and charity founder. For more than three decades, Patrick has worked alongside communities, charities, businesses and public services, helping people and organisations respond to challenge with humanity, courage, and hope.
If you would like to attend, tickets are £5 each and you can book your place here. Overwhelm Tour - Bromley
