Change Grow Live (CGL) would like to invite service users to attend their COPD Awareness Day. This event is designed for people living with COPD, who may be at greater risk of illness and complications from infections such as flu and COVID-19.

Attendees will have the opportunity to receive expert advice from healthcare professionals on staying healthy this winter and to catch up on any recommended vaccinations, including the flu and COVID-19 vaccines.

With vaccination uptake continuing to decline and both flu and COVID-19 already circulating, vaccination remains one of the most effective ways to protect yourself and others during the winter months.
