We are pleased to announce the opening of another round of the Innovation Fund focusing on Innovation to deliver improved health and wellbeing outcomes including day activities.
We are encouraging bids for the Innovation Fund to focus on any of the following areas:
- Reducing social isolation and loneliness
- Helping people to improve their physical or mental health and wellbeing
- Supporting unpaid carers
- Supporting young people with special educational needs and disabilities (16+) as they transition into adulthood
- Promoting and supporting volunteering
- Providing day opportunities for vulnerable adults and older people
The Innovation Fund is jointly financed by the Bromley Council (LBB) and SE London Integrated Commissioning Board (ICB) with a strong commitment to support prevention and early intervention projects and improving the health and wellbeing of the residents of Bromley so that they stay well, safe and independent at home for longer.
Applications must be submitted online via the Community Links Bromley bidding platform. If you need to download a copy of your application, you will see instructions on how to do this on the platform.

For applicants with an existing business relationship with Bromley Council, the online application form remains the same as that of previous rounds (as seen in the guidance document).
For applicants without an existing business relationship with Bromley Council, you will need to provide some additional information on the policies you have in place (insurance, safeguarding), your organisation status, and finances (questions on finances are dependent on whether you are applying for under or over £5,000), but the main application questions and criteria remain unchanged.
The next Innovation Fund round will open at 9am on Monday 5th January 2026 and close at 11:59 on Thursday 2nd February 2026.
