Cubes imageFunded by The London Community Foundation and the National Lottery Communities Fund, BTEG (Black Training and Enterprise Group) have developed a range of sustainability and capacity building support for B.A.M.E organisations nationally. The support will be targeting small B.A.M.E-led civil society groups across England working directly to support people at high risk of the virus, have faced a significant increase in demand and/or have limited capacity to focus on internal developments and planning. 

The project will enable B.A.M.E groups to build their structures, systems, people and skills, so you are better able to deliver projects and services in line with the current context and needs. You will get access to up to 4.5 hours of free expert consultancy support and/or coaching specific to your organisational needs as well as access to up to 20 organisational and leadership development workshops. This project will be delivered virtually through zoom and similar technology.  

 

Criteria  

  • You are a B.A.M.E led voluntary/charitable organisation, programme or project (51%of leaders and or trustees B.A.M.E)  
  • You are delivering to communities and located in England  
  • Your services have been impacted by Covid-19  
  • You are delivering services to those communities impacted by Covid-19  
  • Your annual turnover is less than £150,000  

 

BTEG’s selection process will be on a first come first serve basis if all criteria has been met to our satisfaction. Once selected you will be allocated a named consultant who will work with you to identify your needs and schedule dates to work with you over the coming weeks.
