Our Grassroots Development Officer, Mark, is keen to connect with projects making a difference at the community level. Support could include helping with funding applications, building connections with like-minded groups or supporting organisations to increase their impact.

Penge and Anerley Grassroots Network events
Held both in person and online, the meet-ups highlighted a shared belief that working together can boost visibility, sustainability, and volunteering.
Going forward, the network will host quarterly events to raise the profile of local grassroots work, strengthen connections between people and groups, and support peer learning and collaborative problem-solving.

Events
The next Penge & Anerley Grassroots Network meetups will be happening on Tuesday 14th and Monday 20th April. It's a chance for groups to build relationships and shape the direction of the network moving forwards.

- Monday 20th April, 7.00 - 8.30pm Online via Teams
Free access to NHS spaces
The South East London Integrated Care Board and local partners are working together to make better use of NHS buildings by offering vacant rooms for free to grassroots VCSE organisations, giving them accessible space to run activities that support local communities.
