The Maypole Project
The Maypole Project are seeking volunteers for various events during the festive season. If you would like to help out at any of the below events, please send an email to volunteer@themaypoleproject.co.uk with your availability.
✨Christmas Collections at The Glades
An annual favourite for us all at The Maypole Project - collections at The Glades with some fantastic choir performances! We have 3 dates confirmed packed full of a mix of children and adult choirs to delight shoppers and help us to collect donations. We just need some lovely volunteers who would be willing to hold a bucket and interact with shoppers, collecting donations whilst the choirs are singing.

📆Saturday 20th December 11:00am - 4:00pm
✨Christmas Collection at London Victoria Station (max 5 volunteers at a time)
Come and join us to help raise funds by being a bucket collector, collecting any donations and talking to members of the public about the fantastic work we do at The Maypole Project.
📍London Victoria Station, Victoria St, London SW1E 5ND
📆Monday 15th December 3:00pm - 7:00pm
For the London station collection, there is a short form that needs to be filled out either prior to the event or at the station by each volunteer - this is just for health and safety purposes as requested by the station.
✨Sleigh Ride Collections
We need some festive elves to walk along the road with Santa and his sleigh! All while talking to residents and collecting donations that contribute towards The Maypole Project. We have 3 dates below in Petts Wood and in Bromley:
